First of all, let's get to the hardcovers.
I decided to customize the hardcovers with a discreet covers. The ebooks and paperbacks will not change; these covers are only available for the hardbacks. Each book still retains the same color as the originals. I wanted to keep that familiarity. I always think of Jericho's book (Five Weeks) as hot, so I made him fire-red. The only book that differs is Charming since it's a Seven world novel and didn't follow the same branding. I chose to brand it the same as the other hardcovers but with a twist. The back cover is copper and the front is blue, and this is a little wink and a nod to Prince's mismatched eyes.
Make no mistake, these are big books. Like the Mageri series, they are sans dust jackets. But you really don't need a dust jacket since the covers are glossy. What's with the design? I gave a lot of thought to the meaning of the books, and they have always been about family. Every book followed a different female lead and her journey to love, even though the love stories were not limited to just the protagonists. So the moon symbolizes the pack, and the branched figure in the middle represents the tree of life--family.
Note: Customer copies will not have the grey stripe down the center. That is what they put on proof copies for the author prior to publication.
BONUS STORY, you say?
For the past six years, there has always been one burning question among Seven series fans having to do with Wheeler & Naya. It was a twisty little surprise I added in Winter Moon but never imagined it would leave readers needing to know more.Winter Moon is on display in this picture because that book is the special edition. (The final copy has "special edition" printed on the cover). I have included a short story called "The Promise" along with character bios. I have superfans, and I know that sometimes it's easy to forget what everyone's craving is or what color their eyes. I have done my best to compile those details for all the primary characters in the series.
But you may just want it for the bonus story. ;-)

For now, the bonus story is part of a Special Edition on the Winter Moon Hardcover. But I'm aware that not everyone is able to get a copy of the hardcover.
Worry not. I have plans to release the short story in ebook form. But I am working on something special, so sit tight.
